Acoustics SVEN 450 is not just a new product from a popular family of compact speakers by the Finnish company, but a truly ground-breaking solution, embracing a whole range of cutting-edge ideas. The first of them is an unusual form factor of the gaming acoustics — instead of two separate speakers the manufacturer offers a monoblock, that looks great both under a PC monitor and in connection with a laptop. Also it takes minimum space and ensures maximum comfort.

Gaming periphery is often fitted with a backlight, and SVEN 450 is not an exception: opalescent glowing circles around the drivers make the visual look of the speakers even more impressive. There is an option to change lighting modes and turn off the backlight completely. The speaker is connected to a sound source using Bluetooth. This helps put the speakers where it is convenient and allows to combine working or watching movies on PC with listening to podcasts and background music via smartphone.

Fans of simple and reliable solutions can choose a wired connection, because the acoustics has AUX input. The device is powered via USB cable — you can use the corresponding port on PC or laptop or choose a standard 5 V power unit, which can be found almost in every household. Sound level of the speakers can be easily changed using a regulator on a front panel, and soft keys allow to select sound source and backlight operation mode.

To sum up, SVEN 450 offers an impressive visual look and user-friendly operation. The developers didn't forget about the sound: the compact casing hosts two 46 mm drivers, producing sound in the range from 80 to 20,000 Hz. Total power of the acoustics is 10 W, which is enough not only to deliver sound around a PC or laptop, but also to listen to background music in a medium-sized room. As usual for a family of compact acoustics, this product doesn't cost much, and the sales have already started — SVEN 450 is available in the electronics stores.
