This surge protector with a remote switch-off function has only one socket and modest protection parameters – 55 J absorbed energy. However, its basic advantage is possibility of remote control of the connected appliances, with a supplied remote control (433,92 MHz).
It refers not only to an ordinary lamp whose switch must be found in the darkness, but also to other appliances that should be switched on and off from the mains, but are difficult to reach. The operation range of the remote control makes it possible to switch on/off SVEN MINI RC even if it’s hidden behind other objects and even behind a wall.
